Payment and delivery

Making purchases in the shop folka.pl is simple and safe. Take advantage of convenient and professional tool for payment.

Payment     

  1. The customer has the choice of the following forms of payment for good ordered:
  • Payment by bank transfer or credit card through PayUShoper Payments (for PLN with no additional charge) or PayPal (for EUR, GBP with additional charge of 3% for currency exchange) – debt service takes charge
  • Payment by bank transfer directly to the account of the shop with no additional charge to Folka Account number:
    • in PLN, Nest Bank SA, IBAN PL 69 1870 1045 2078 1076 0205 0001, SWIFT code of the bank: NESBPLPW
    • in EURO,dla EURO: Nest Bank SA, IBAN PL 15 1870 1045 2078 1076 0205 0003, SWIFT code of the bank: NESBPLPW
    • Payment on delivery in Poland (up to 500PLN) – courier takes charge
  • For each order to be delivered on territory of Poland the cost of delivery is added. For orders payable on delivery (up to 500 PLN only) also an extra charge of 2% of total value of the order, for this service is added.
  • For each order with delivery in another country the cost of delivery via (DPD/UPS/DHL) courier are added.
  • Foreign shipment can be paid only by bank transfer or by credit card.
  • Payment by credit cards is supported by an external company – PayPal. PayPal system provides the highest level of security for our customers. Thanks to using that system, the data on customers’ credit cards never go to the maintenance of the shop. The shop receives from PayPal only the confirmation of authorization, under which it carries the order. This ensures complete data security, which are known only to the customer and the operator of his bank.

Cost of delivery

1. Cost of delivery of orders in Poland:

  • Cost of shipping by courier (payment by credit card or bank transfer) – accordance with offer.

2. Cost of sdelivery by courier outside territory of Poland:

  • Delivery in Europe – specified by countries
  • Delivery outside Europe - specified by countries

Delivery time

  1. Time of delivery is given with each product – set in working days counted from the date of placing an order until the time of sending goods from the shop. In case of ordering products with different times of implementation, then the longest of the following terms is valid.
  2. Deadline for receipt of the shipment means time+ estimated time of delivery.
  • Delivery of order by courier in the country – 1 working day.
  • Delivery of order by courier in Europe – 2 - 4 days
  • Delivery of order by courier outside Europe – 4 - 7 working days.

In case of double absence of receiver at the address, the consignment must be pick by ourselves at the disposable Centre or contact the courier.
In case, when folka.pl cannot send orders in a given period because of external causes – employee will contact with the Purchaser via e-mail or telephone. In such case, the Purchaser may cancel the purchase without incurring any costs. Money is not charged with credit card (following release of the lock) or is transferred back to the client’s account.
