Size: 30cm diameter and 15cm height. The cushion is filled with organic buckwheat.

Removable 100% cotton velvet cover can be washed. 100% cotton insert with antiseptic buckwheat is separate. Zafu have strong zippers. 

Our classic zafu is filled with buckwheat husk. Buckwheat husk, provides excellent insulation from the ground, but most importantly, it adapts perfectly to the shape of the body, which is why staying in the sitting position is so comfortable. The husk is shifting under the weight of the body and stimulates circulation, allowing the skin to get additional oxygen. Unlike other fillings, it does not accumulate in one place and does not create pressure on individual muscles and body parts. Buckwheat husk is a valued material for its anti-allergenic properties. It inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold and fungi and prevents dust mites. The husk is air-permeable and maintains adequate minimal humidity (it does not soak up water) and does not absorb moisture from our body. It does not need to be cleaned, you may only air it. The shell maintains a neutral temperature - it does not heat up from our body heat, and thanks to the spaces between the shells, the filling is constantly permeable to air, giving heat away outside the pillow. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. The husk naturally smells nice. Our organic husk comes from natural, unsprayed crops from Poland. It does not use any pesticides or other chemicals.
